I have installed 12 projects using Fenetex Motorized Screens. They have been of several different configurations: Single screens, insect only, single screens vinyl only, dual screens, insect and vinyl. What I like best about Fenetex is the commitment to improving and the excellent service and attention to detail. My wife and I just ate at a restaurant where we installed vinyl screens. I was 45 degrees and we ate perfectly comfortably.

I've worked with Fenetex as a dealer for approximately 15 years due to their quality/strength of product and extraordinary support. Our best example of this was a 5 screen installation on a home in Abaco Bahamas. It was built at the top of a bluff overlooking the ocean and was among the first hit by Hurricane Dorian in 2019. Dorian is tied with the 1935 Labor Day hurricane as the strongest landfall in the Atlantic basin for maximum sustained winds. The screens withstood sustained winds of 185mph for several hours from two directions (the eye went over the home) and there was not even a scratch on anything inside it’s protected porch. Several nearby homes were blown off their foundations.

I had a 24 ft Fenetex screen installed in my house last June. My wife and I absolutely love this screen. It operates flawlessly and does an amazing job of keeping out rain, dirt, critters and of course blazing sun. It has turned our covered patio almost into an indoor room with the additional comfort it affords. Also, it still amazes me how they were able to incorporate spring tensioners into their tracks so that 24 feet of screen are held extremely taught so it appears virtually invisible. When researching these products we could find no other competing product that had this feature. Finally, John Torrence, one of the owners, was a delight to work with.

Awesome technical support from Chris. While I'm not the most technical person Chris made it easy for me to take care of my problem. I'm glad I chose Fenetex shades.
